All FTC faculty members are highly motivated and dedicated to provide quality education with a difference. At our academy, special arrangements have been made for generating confidence among the students so that they can visualize mechanical reasoning, special reasoning's and numerical aptitude to work with the subjects and understand abstract concepts and develop a capability to handle such concepts in terms of technical problem solving and the ability to visualize structures.

The teaching methodologies are quite systematically portrayed and the assignments handed out are designed to guide the students step-by-step towards higher levels of self sparked mental capability. The weekly, fortnightly and monthly tests are designed to make the students introspect into their own thought process, evaluate their strong and weak sections, harness their creative energy and transform it into instantaneous mental activity, thereby achieving a high rate of success.

Audio Visual techniques of teaching have been introduced which ensure that every FTCian gets an edge over his/her peers and ends up being smarter, wiser and extra-ordinary.

Our faculty members are trained in a manner that students feel free to discuss their problems. The faculty members help students like true honest friends. They are experienced enough to tackle problems and to understand the student psyche. The members are highly energetic and totally dedicated to their work. They are good communicators as well as good listeners. They all are well-trained to listen & solve problems of the students as well as of the Parents.

The faculty of FTC believes that, "You can teach a student a lesson for a day; but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue the learning process as long as he lives."
